Coconut Grove

Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood in Miami-Dade County, Florida. It is one of Miami’s most charming and attractive neighborhoods. Hugging the shoreline of Bisacayne Bay, Coconut Grove is conveniently located just 20 minutes to Miami’s International airport, and just a short ride to Coral Gables, Brickell and Downtown. This upscale village is surrounded with relaxed sidewalk cafes, chic shops and the great CocoWalk mall. The area also features several green spaces including Bayfront Barnacle Historic State Park and is home to mangrove forest and the iconic Vizcaya Museum and Gardens. Sailing clubs and marinas line the waterfront.

Cultural festivals abound and a thriving nightlife attracts many visitors to the area. Homes in Coconut Grove vary dramatically and range from Mediterranean estates to Florida Cracker style homes. It is a family friendly area that is just 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport.
